Lori Horton Ball
Lori Horton Ball grew up in a small town in western New York. She attended Alfred University, receiving a B.A. in fine art with a focus in photography in 2007.
Lori's early body of work ranges from sandwiched negatives and alternative photographic processes (Memory 2007) to digital images and writings based on her vintage camera collection (Gramma’s Cameras 2011-2013). Lori's current project includes mixed media pieces, inspired by a recent trip to Europe.
Lori currently lives in Rochester, New York. Most recently, Lori has created dream catchers and wall hangings, in which she has given to several members of her family and friends as tokens of well wishes. Her newest adventures include LHB Art, where she continues to experiment with photography and materials, and explore the the idea of memory.
